Industry Experience
20 years commercial experience following 10 years military. I have been blessed to develop all of this experience in management and leadership roles.
The 15 years preceding Dec 2020 were in, or on the edges of, the car hire industry. My service to the industry has always been in software application build, deployment and support – but always with a bias towards the commercial goals to be achieved rather than getting into the nuts and bolts of how those applications should be built. “What” and “Why” rather than “How” and “When” is where I focus.
About this site
Sometimes a CV either gets too long and is still not enough to reflect the enormity of work that has gone on. CVs inevitably focus on one person and don’t give credit to all the other players who contributed to the success of an inititiative. Here I hope to give that credit for those that are interested.
